HIP Framework on Hyperliquid

Hyperliquid Improvement Proposals (HIPs) are the binding code upgrades that extend the protocol. Each HIP introduces a new primitive — token standards, liquidity bootstrapping, permissionless market creation, outcome trading — that the whole ecosystem then builds on. Read in order, they are the clearest narrative of how Hyperliquid went from a perps exchange to general market infrastructure.
